The BLOGGING hiatus has come to and END!!

Zoey is such a little cheezer.
Love her personality!

These two ADORE each other!
and I adore Zoey's CRAZY CRAZY hair!

LOVE HER!

Daddy sharing his sucker with two VERY willing babies!

We decided to straightened this crazy mop of hair!
We just wanted to see if:
a) it was even possible
b) what our little Zo Zo would look like with straight hair

And this was the result!
Pretty much just as crazy, but we very much prefer her GORGEOUS curls!

Here is Zoey getting ready to get fitted for her SPLINT!
Yep. Our little girl broke her arm.
This litle dare devil is both fearless and uncoordinated which has already resulted in disaster.

While trying to be big like her brother, Zoey fell forward and caught herself with her hands.
Unfortunately, her weight in motion caused her radius to bend, which is called a greenstick fracture.
You can see the bend in the x-ray above.
(doesn't she have the absolute CUTEST little bones?!?)

But we were all smiles!
Zo was such a GREAT sport and it hardly bothered her at all!
Within 24 hours she was back to crawling on both hands instead of one hand and one elbow.
Such a relief!

We "celebrated" her bad time with some DELICIOUS banana frozen yogurt!

4.5 weeks later and she is now splint free as of yesterday!
YAY!!

One the move!
Diaper box car!!

Daddy got creative with his junk mail!

The kids just ADORE their Daddy!!
He is pretty fantastic.

Two of my little love bugs.

She is getting to be so grown up!
She is just BEAUTIFUL!

LOVE LOVE LOVE
MY FAMILY!!

Have I mentioned that I cannot get ENOUGH of my little girl!?!?
LOVE HER!!!

"tickle tickle tickle"

Here is a gem of a video.
You get the privilege of watching Zoey's "natural" self...
AND
her new word!!!
"TICKLE, TICKLE, TICKLE."

So very cute.

DINOSAUR CRAWL!

DINOSAUR CRAWL REVEALED TO THE WORLD!

That's right!
Zoey is FINALLY crawling a normal (although incredibly slow) crawl... most of the time...

Here is Zoey "enjoying" the adorable new doll her Grandma Rice got her!
She really does love it Grandma! And obviously Max does too!

Checking on Max who is hiding in the fort Dad made.

This is a totem pole of my 3 favorite little things.
Aren't they the greatest!?!

Had to include this one solely because of Max's expression.

Sweet little girl!
This little girl ADORES the thrill of the SWING!!

Just Zoey being Zoey.
Please notice Max's little stunt in the background.

Summer Chaos

These last few weeks have been BUSY!
Here is just a jumble of pictures.

Our little Bean

This picture pretty much sums up my life right now...

I don't know what got into Max.
He just randomly decided to chew on Zoey's thigh like it was a piece of meat! Poor little thing!
This picture was taken minutes after the attack.

We've been spending a lot of time in our splish splash pool!
Even Tucker enjoys some cold water on these hot summer days!

Love Zoey's head peeking around the corner

Zo is pulling herself up on EVERYTHING now and is a frequent visitor of my piano...

...and she has been attempting to learn guitar.
Definitely a future musician.

She just looks way too cute wrapped up in a towel...
even if it's her brother's football towel.

Zo got her big girl car seat!!!

She is such a pretty baby.

Just lounging around in her new pajamas!
She has also mastered the art of climbing stairs.

buddies.
(Yes, Zoey had to be moved half way through our shopping trip AGAIN due to shopping cart violence.)

The babies (and Dad) had graham crackers with icing for the very first time (picture on the right).

1 sippy cup.
2 thirst babies.
It's been awhile.
If I was going to make excuses they would include things like sickly babies, devious babies, destructive babies, time consuming babies...
and other things very similar to those listed listed above.

Grandma Rice sent us a SUPER fun swimming pool for Easter!
Yes. We are just now using it... we live in Rexburg.
Check out that AWESOME Daddy!

Loving the water!

and one of us also enjoyed the grass...
tasty!

For Max's birthday we spent the day at the splash park and the babies enjoyed themselves a carousel ride!

We ended this very special day with dinner at Wingers!
Zoey had a fantastic time and was reconnected with her love: the straw.

In this picture I'm pretty sure Zoey is thinking "why do brother's exist?"

Zoey's first 4th of JULY!
We watched the Rexburg parade...
(due to a slight fever Zo was not in the mood to be photographed... this was the best shot we got!)

Then we tried out the INCREDIBLE pool Max and Zo got from their Auntie Noelle and Uncle Chan!

Yes it was this fun!

Zoey LOVED it!

Here is a little thank you video starring MAX and ZOEY!
Narrated by Daddy.

Zoey really thought this pool was SPECTACULAR!

We of course finished our celebration by watching FIREWORKS!
This picture was taken while waiting for the show to start.
Aren't my kids the greatest?!?
Especially Zoey.

Zo has always been our crazy little sleeper.
This isn't the only time we have had to untangle her limbs from the crib rails.

One morning Zoey thought it was especially funny to hide her hand from me.
She finds herself to be quite amusing.

Look at this big girl!
She's finally starting to pull herself up onto things!
Max of course is being the good big brother he is and is supervising her ascent up the treacherous slide.
It's not important that I later found him standing on her back while she attempted to climb up the slide...
or that I also found Zoey with the dining room chair knocked over on her head with Max playing beside her...
Max is trying VERY hard to be a good big brother.
It's a lot to ask of a little boy who is only 1 year old! A LOT of responsibility!
